With a strong emphasis on operational excellence and process management Stephen has had a varied career delivering a range of HR based projects that leveraged technology to achieve successful outcomes for the business, including a number of high profile global projects. He has had experience with a range of technologies including Oracle Cloud, Workday and ServiceNow HR platform.
